Send the booking form with “Yes, it’s a stay” and your check-in and pickup dates.

We call to confirm
The front desk calls within one business day and checks your dog’s vaccine records.

Pack the basics
Food portioned by meal, meds in a labeled bag and one blanket from home.

An attendant walks your dog to their suite and goes over the plan with you.

Yes, please do. Pack it portioned by meal in labeled bags. If you run short, we switch to a gentle house food with your permission.
