Two scruffy dogs playing face to face on a green lawn

Safety

Vaccines checked every visit

Eight rules,
one attendant per 12.

Dogs playing in groups carries real risks. These rules, our trained attendants and a care agreement keep every day a good one.

Attendants trained in pet first aid

Partner vet four minutes away

Floors disinfected every night

Vaccines up to date

Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella for every dog, checked at every check-in.

Temperament check first

Every new dog does a trial day before joining a regular yard group.

Flat collars only

Collars with ID tags stay on. Prong, choke and shock collars stay home.

Right yard for their size

Big and small dogs play in separate yards all day.

Fixed after seven months

Dogs over seven months join group play once they are spayed or neutered.

Flea and tick protection

Every dog needs a current preventive. We check coats at drop-off.

Rest is part of the day

Most scuffles happen when dogs are tired, so everyone naps at 12:30.

Attendants have the last word

Staff can pause a yard or move a dog to keep everyone safe.

A smiling woman holding a small white dog in warm light

Eyes on every yard.

Every open yard has an attendant in a bright shirt with a whistle. They are trained in pet first aid and dog body language, and they know every regular by name.

1 attendant for every 12 dogs

Pet first aid kit in every yard

Yards cleaned and disinfected every night

The care agreement, in plain words

Five minutes, once a year.

Every dog needs a signed care agreement. It covers group play, emergency vet care and pickup rules, stays on file for 12 months and covers every visit.

You understand group play has real risks

You allow emergency vet care if we cannot reach you

You confirm your dog has no history of biting
