Why there is an agreement
Group play, splash time and agility are physical activities. Even with good rules and trained staff, dogs can get hurt. The agreement explains those risks and your part in keeping your dog safe.
Risks you accept
Scrapes, nips and scuffles during normal play
Sprains, torn nails and, rarely, more serious injuries
Illness passed between dogs, even with current vaccines
Your part
Keep vaccines and flea and tick protection current
Tell us about any bites, fears or health conditions
Pick up by closing time, or call if you are running late
Keep your dog home when they are unwell
Emergencies
You allow us to take your dog to our partner vet if they are hurt or ill and we cannot reach you or your emergency contact.
How long it lasts
A signed agreement covers every visit for 12 months. We will ask you to sign again after that, or if the agreement changes.
