What we collect
When you book a day, a stay or a class, we collect your name, email, phone number, your dog’s details and the details of your booking.
When you upload vaccine records or sign a care agreement, we store those records and the signature of the owner who signed.
Booking details: dates, pass or suite and your dog’s name
Vaccine records and care agreements while your dog is a client
Payment confirmations from our payment provider (we never see or store full card numbers)
Webcam footage from the yards, kept for 14 days
How we use it
We use your information to confirm bookings, send reminders and report cards, run monthly plans and keep every dog safe.
With your permission we send a short monthly email about events like Yappy Hour and Splash Wednesday. You can unsubscribe with one click.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the services that help us run Barkwell: our booking system, payment provider, email service and, in an emergency, your dog’s vet. We never sell your information.
Yard webcams
Webcam streams show the yards only and are shared with current clients through a private link.
Your choices
Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
Ask us to correct or delete it, unless we must keep a care record
