The rules for day passes, monthly plans, boarding, training and events at Barkwell Dog Daycare in Denver, Colorado.

Day passes
Day passes are per dog and valid for the booked date. Pickups after 7 PM are charged $1 a minute.
Every dog needs current vaccines and a passed temperament check
Passes are not refundable but can be moved to another day with 24 hours notice
We may keep a dog out of group play for health or safety reasons
Monthly plans
Monthly plans renew on the date you joined. You can pause for up to two months a year or stop renewing with 7 days notice before your next billing date.
Boarding and training
A $50 deposit holds holiday boarding dates and counts toward the final price. Stays can be moved once at no charge with 7 days notice. Class fees are refundable until the first session.
Yard rules
Dogs must follow the posted rules and staff instructions. We may end group play for a dog that shows aggression and refer you to a trainer, without a refund.
Emergency care
If your dog is hurt or ill, we call you right away and take them to our partner vet if we cannot reach you. Vet costs are the owner’s responsibility.
Photos
We take photos and short videos of dogs for report cards, our website and social media. Tell the front desk if you would rather your dog not appear.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
